World Credit Card Rewards Program
Q: Am I automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program?
A: By activating your World Rewards Credit Card, you are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program.
Q: Is there a cost to participate in the Rewards Program?
A: There is no fee to enroll in the Logix Rewards Program. Simply open a World Rewards Credit Card.
Q: How do I earn Rewards Points?
A: Each time you use your World Rewards Credit Card to make a qualified net new purchase you earn Rewards Points.
Q: How many Rewards Points do I earn for each qualifying Purchase transaction?
A: You earn 1.5 Rewards Points for every $1 you spend on qualifying net new purchases using your World Rewards Credit Card. For example, if you spent $2,500.00 you would earn 3750 Rewards Points.
Q: What types of rewards are available?
A: The Logix Rewards Program offers travel, gift certificates, cash back, electronics, and merchandise. Our travel rewards include airline tickets, hotel stays, and auto rentals. You will also find gift certificates to popular merchants in a variety of categories including shopping, dining, home/office, entertainment and more. Please see our Rewards page for details.
Q: What is the Redemption Value of Rewards Points?
A: The redemption value of Cashback Rewards Points is 1% of the number of Rewards Points redeemed. Each Point is worth $0.10 (or 1:100), which means that 100 Points equals $1.00. So, for example, if you redeemed 5,000 Rewards Points you would receive $50.00.
Q: Are Rewards Points earned only on the dollar amount of the Purchase, and not on the cents (such as a transaction for $14.26)?
A: Rewards Points are earned only on the dollar amount of the transaction; we exclude the cents. For example, on a $14.26 Purchase we would calculate the Points earned only on the $14. In this case you would earn 21 Cashback Rewards Points (14 x 1.5).
Q: How do I receive Rewards Points?
A: Rewards Points are received and updated to your Rewards Points account within six (6) business days from the date of the Purchase.
Q: What are “qualifying” Purchases?
A: Qualifying Purchases are any net new business-purpose Purchase you make using your Credit Card or Credit Card Information, excluding: (a) Purchases of less than $1.00; (b) Purchases made for a business or for a business purpose; (c) Cash Advances, including Cash Withdrawals, Transfers to your Logix business accounts, Overdraft Protection Transfers, and any other cash disbursement, transfer, or money transfer; (d) Any Payment, such as a bill payment or other payment for services; (e) Truckstop Purchases and Payments; (f) Purchases of Gift Cards and Negotiable Instruments (money orders and cashiers’ checks); (g) Fees and Charges that are imposed and separate from the amount of the Purchase or Payment itself (such as Foreign Currency Conversion and Cross-Border Fees); (h) Lottery and Gambling Purchases and Payments; (i) Any Purchase or Payment considered illegal or unlawful under any applicable federal, state, or local laws; and, (j) Fraudulent, unauthorized, and disputed transactions that are reversed or recredited to your Credit Card Account.
Q: What are “net new Purchases”?
A: Net new Purchases are qualifying new Purchases, minus any credit received for merchandise returns, credits or adjustments to a Purchase amount resulting from fraud or unauthorized use, and any Purchase that we deem to be unqualified. We will deduct or reverse the related Rewards Points earned for any such credits or adjustments in these cases. In cases where you dispute any Purchase, we will deduct the Rewards Points earned during the dispute period.
Q: How can I see how many Rewards Points I have accumulated and earned, and how can I redeem my Points?
A: You can see how many Rewards Points you have accumulated and earned on our “Welcome to Logix Rewards” website. Once you have earned enough Rewards Points for a redemption, simply use our Rewards redemption website accessible via our Logix Online Banking Service, or call us at 1-800-328-5328 (for International calls, 1-800-565-2020). You can also call Mastercard directly at 1-800-810-4271.
Q: How do Rewards points accumulate?
A: Your Logix Rewards points accumulate based on calendar month cycle, not on your credit card statement cycle.
Q: Can I combine points I earn on my World Rewards Credit Card with those earned in frequent flyer programs or on other mileage cards?
A: No. You cannot combine points from other airline frequency or points programs.
Q: Can I give my earned points to another member?
A: Yes. You can perform a Points Transfer to another member. You will need the other member's card number and their last name to complete your points transfer. For further assistance you may call 800-810-4271.
Q: Do Rewards Points expire?
A: Rewards Points do not expire as long as you make a qualified Purchase within any consecutive 24-month period; otherwise, all accumulated Rewards Points will expire and will be forfeited.
Q: When are Rewards Points not redeemable?
A: Rewards Points are not redeemable if: (a) You are “not in good standing” with Logix Federal Credit Union; (b) Your required minimum monthly payment is more than 60 days late; (c) You are in default under the terms of the Logix Credit Card Agreement and Disclosure; or (d) You or Logix close your Credit Card Account.
Q: Do I earn more points if I have a Gold or Platinum Rewards Relationship?
A: Cardholders at the Gold Relationship Rewards Tier earn 2 Rewards Points for every $1 in net new retail purchases you make with your Logix World Rewards Credit Card. Cardholders at the Platinum Relationship Rewards Tier earn 3 Rewards Points for every $1 in net new retail purchases you make with your Logix World Rewards Credit Card.
