Online Banking

You can send us a Secure Message by logging into your Online Banking. On the Accounts Summary page, click on any email icon next to the account you have a question on. Additionally, you can click on the Messages link at the top of the page.

If you are on our new digital banking solution, you can send us a Secure Message by logging into Online Banking and clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner of the screen or by expanding the menu and selecting Messages.

Use the Forgot Password option from the sign-in screen to easily reset your credentials.

Fraud

If you believe you may have encountered suspicious activity, or if you suspect you've become a victim of fraud or identity theft, it is crucial to take prompt action. Please call (800) 328-5328 immediately or sign in to Online Banking and use our self-service tool (found under "Services") to report the issue.

If you are on our new digital banking solution, you can locate our self-service tools in the menu (found under “Forms & Disclosures”) to report the issue.

  • Create strong passwords and user IDs, change them frequently, and don't use the same ones for all your accounts
  • Use account authentication
    • Two-factor authentication adds a second level of authentication to an account log-in
  • Review and monitor your accounts often
  • Setup account alerts
  • Never give out your online banking login credentials, account number, or PIN number
  • Visit our Fraud & Security page for additional tips and learn about the different kinds of fraud.

For Card Fraud:

We make every effort to complete our preliminary investigations within 10 business days from the date you notified us (20 business days if the suspected error occurred during the first 30 days from account opening). If we need more time to conduct our investigation, we will temporarily credit your account for the amount of the transaction(s) you reported less any amount for which you may be liable. Investigations can take several months to complete.

Card Issues

  • Ensure the card is not expired, that you have sufficient funds in your account and know your PIN number.
  • Check for any email, voicemail or text from our Card Security Department verifying account activity. Please note, personal information will not be requested from you.
  • Contact our Member Service Center, over the phone (800) 328-5328, chat or through a secure email within your online banking. Our Member Service Center is available to assist Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm (PT).

If your existing card is damaged and needs to be replaced:

  • You may visit your nearest Logix Branch for assistance. Please click here to locate the nearest branch to you.
  • You may call into our Member Service Center at (800) 328-5328 Monday - Friday from 7am to 7pm & Saturdays 9am to 3pm (PT) to order a replacement through the mail.

If your existing card was lost/stolen or had fraud and needs to be replaced:

  • First, block your card immediately via the mobile app, online banking or by calling our Member Service Center at (800) 328-5328.
  • Second, to obtain a New card you may visit your nearest Logix Branch for assistance (please click here to locate the nearest branch to you) or call into our Member Service Center at (800) 328-5328 Monday - Friday from 7am to 7pm & Saturdays 9am to 3pm (PT) to order a replacement through the mail.

If you've recently received a new debit or credit card and are in need of activating it, we offer a variety of options to complete your request:

  • Activation Phone Line: You may call into (800) 932-4003 to activate your card via our automated system.
  • Online Banking: You may log into Online Banking to activate your card using the following steps:
    • Click on Services. In the Card Services or Member Service box click Card Activation/PIN change by phone link and follow through the prompts.
      • If you are on our new digital banking solution, select the Menu bars located on the top left. Under the Accounts section, select Manage Cards. Locate the card you wish to activate and select the option for Activate Card and follow through the prompts.
  • Mobile Banking: Log into your account through the Logix Mobile Banking application. Select the More option found on the bottom right, followed by Manage Cards. Scroll through to locate the card you wish to activate and select the option to Activate Card and follow through the prompts.
  • ATM: You can visit your nearest Logix ATM to complete the activation. Please click here to locate the nearest one to you.
  • Member Service Center: You may call us at (800) 328-5328 and speak with a live representative to assist you. They are available Monday - Friday from 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 3pm (PT).

Make a Payment

You are welcome to use any of the following options to process a payment:

  • Pay online. Sign into your online banking account. Click on the Transfer/Payments menu option. Pay directly from your Logix account or an external bank account by providing the account number and routing number.
    • If you are on our new digital banking solution, sign into your account and click on the Transfers & Payments option, then select Make Transfer/Payment and utilize one of three options available:
      • Pay directly from your Logix account
      • Pay using an external bank account by providing the account number and routing number
      • Pay using a verified External Bank Account
  • Pay in person by visiting your nearest Logix Branch. Please click here to locate the nearest one to you.
  • Pay by phone. Call into our Member Service Center at (800) 328-5328 to speak with a live representative. They are available Monday - Friday from 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 3pm (PT).
  • Pay by mail. Make check payable to Logix Federal Credit Union and mail to the following address:
