Why did Logix upgrade to a new online banking solution? What's new?
The new online banking solution offers fast and intuitive experience across all your devices -- PC, tablet, and mobile phone. We are excited to bring easier access to payments, loan details, alerts, mortgage payment (including escrow/taxes) history, certificate maturity options and much more to life with the new upgrade.
Once I try the new solution, can I change back to the previous version?
In a word, no. Once you sign-in, you'll be fully converted to the new solution. The previous solution will be retired soon, so switching back is unfortunately not an option.
Do I need a new username/password?
No, simply sign-in with your current username and password.
I forgot my username and password. Now what?
Use the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” options from the sign-in screen to easily reset your credentials.
Why am I being asked to verify via a passcode?
For your security, if signing-in from a new device, we'll require a passcode to complete the process. Please note that clearing all browser cookies or using Incognito mode on your browser may trigger this requirement. Additionally, note that you can enable the passcode option for every login from the Profile Settings menu.
Will my ability to transfer money between Logix accounts and accounts at other financial institutions be available in the new solution?
Yes! All existing "MoneyMover" account connections will be in the new solution. You can also add new accounts by simply using "Add External Account" from the "Transfers & Payments" section.
Do I need to set up any alerts I had in the previous system?
Yes. The new system offers alerts for low balance, card use, new deposit / withdrawal and more. Alerts can be delivered as text/SMS, push notification (through the updated mobile app), or email. Click on the "Alerts" menu to set your preferences.
Is the “Budget” feature still available?
Unfortunately, no, not at this time.
Do I need to do anything if I'm using Quicken®?
You will need to modify your Quicken settings to ensure a smooth transition of your data. Please refer to this conversion instructions page for detailed information.
There is no charge assessed by Logix Federal Credit Union when you download the Logix Mobile Banking App, but mobile service provider data and message rates and fees may apply. Please contact your carrier for details.
