Important SBA Disaster Assistance
Information for Your Business
The businesses in our community are the backbone of our shared success. We understand the critical role your business plays in our community and the challenges you may be facing in the wake of the recent wildfires and winds. These events can disrupt not just operations but also livelihoods, and we’d like to be a resource to you in supporting your recovery journey. As we continue to explore options that might make your path forward easier, we wanted to provide this valuable information from the Small Business Administration (SBA) about options available to those impacted.
The SBA is offering disaster assistance loans to businesses, private nonprofit organizations, and residents affected by these events. Even if your business is outside the designated disaster zone, you may still qualify for assistance if you can demonstrate an impact, such as employee availability disruptions.
If you reside in a declared disaster area, you may be eligible for financial assistance from SBA Physical Damage Loan program that offer loans up to $500,000 to replace or repair primary residence and could borrow up to $100,000 for replacement of personal property, including automobiles.
- Physical Property Damage Application Deadline: March 10, 2025
